Description
The Boulevard de Garavan, 3 kilometers long leading from the Italian border to the old town of Menton, has attracted the greats of this world. It was classified as a "departmental path" in 1960. Around its middle you can go to the Parc des Oliviers du Pian, a site classified and protected by the administration of Fine Arts, which has six hundred trees over two centuries old. . The Port of Garavan is considered one of the largest ports on the Côte d'Azur, you will find charming terraces there to admire the view.
Further on is the medieval old town with its ocher facades that cascade over the sea. This district is home to the Basilica of Saint Michael and at the top a panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and Italy.
You can reach Italy (Ventimiglia) or the Principality of Monaco in 10 minutes by train, as well as by TER in the neighboring towns (Nice, Cannes, Antibes...).
From Nice airport:
- Take the tram from the airport towards Saint Augustin SNCF station, then take the train towards Menton/Vintimille (no connection), last train at 9:30 p.m. You can arrive at Menton Center station or Menton Garavan station, located before the Italian border.
- Take bus 110 in the direction of Menton (8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday to Friday and 8:45 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday to Sunday)
- Take a taxi from the airport to the address indicated on the ad

- Free shuttle (green bus) 100% free to get around Menton, every 20 minutes
- Bus stop Zest to move in and around Menton (Towns and villages around)
- Train: we have two stations which give direct access to Italy, Monaco, Nice to Marseille.

Parking in Menton:
- Paying area: most outdoor places are paying in Menton from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Blue zone: only authorized to Menton residents of the district
- Paid parking underground: Les sablettes - old town, Saint Roch, Town Hall
- Paying outdoor car park: Bastion, place Fornari, George V, Careï market
- Completely free parking on weekends in December

It is located in a dead end street so no car or road under your windows.
Close to bus stops and train station, you can go to Italy, Monaco and neighboring cities.
The buildings of the old town are typical of Menton, the stairs are steep and there is no elevator (3rd floor) to reach your cozy studio!
