Welcome to our charming apartment, ideal for a comfortable and peaceful stay on the French Riviera. The accommodation can accommodate up to 5 people and includes a bright living room, comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower.
The accommodations consist of a double bed, a double sofa bed, and a single bed, offering a pleasant space for families or groups of friends.
We provide sheets, towels, tea towels and bath mats. A welcome hygiene kit is also available (toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo and hand soap), planned for the first 24 to 48 hours of the stay. Cleaning and disinfection are carried out professionally after each departure to ensure a clean and healthy accommodation.
The accommodation has air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi, for your comfort in all seasons. Parking is also available.
The apartment includes an internal staircase connecting the different spaces. Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant terrace, ideal for having a coffee in the morning or relaxing after a day of exploration.
Located in a quiet and well-served neighbourhood, the accommodation allows you to enjoy a peaceful environment while remaining close to amenities. Within a few minutes, you will find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and beaches, as well as convenient access to Menton and Monaco.
Access to the accommodation is simple and independent thanks to a keybox installed on-site, allowing you to arrive completely independently from the check-in time. 🔑
