Welcome to our charming 60 m² apartment, ideal for a comfortable stay in Nice. The accommodation includes a bright living room, a cosy bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower.
We provide bed linen, as well as towels, tea towel and bath mat. A welcome hygiene kit is also made available including toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo and hand soap, planned for the first 24 to 48 hours of the stay. Cleaning and disinfection are carried out professionally after each departure to ensure a clean and healthy place.
The apartment is located on the top floor of the building and is accessible by lift. It has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and parking, for optimal comfort in all seasons.
Located in a lively and central neighbourhood, the apartment is just a few metres from Nice-Ville station and within walking distance of the city centre, old town, restaurants, cafés, shops and transport. It is an ideal location to discover Nice and easily explore the French Riviera.
Reception and key handover will be done in person between 4 pm and 8 pm upon your arrival to welcome you and facilitate your installation.
