Welcome to our charming apartment, ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property consists of 3 rooms: a living room, 2 cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with shower. You will sleep in two double beds and one double sofa bed.
We provide bed linens as well as towels, a kitchen towel, and a bath mat. A welcome hygiene kit is also included, with toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, and a hand soap — this is a basic starter pack designed for the first 24 to 48 hours of your stay.
Cleaning and disinfection are carried out professionally after each departure to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
Access is via stairs. The apartment has air conditioning only in the living room, as well as heating for your comfort in all seasons. Please note the apartment is not accessible by car.
Located in a lively and central neighborhood, the apartment offers immediate access to restaurants, bars, and shops. Please note that this lively atmosphere may lead to some noise in the evening or at night, especially on weekends.
Within 300 meters you’ll find restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, and beaches. The city center and main attractions are all within easy reach.
The key will be available at check-in time at our key point near the SNCF train station, allowing you to arrive independently and at your own schedule.
