Description
Zeste – Riviera Stay is located in one of the best areas of Menton. The apartment is situated in the Palais Borrigo building, just 50 meters from the sea – if you feel like going to the beach, you simply have to cross the street. Menton’s charming old town is a pleasant 10–15 minute walk away.
If you would like to explore the region, the Menton train station is only 5 minutes on foot, with trains reaching Monaco in 6 minutes, and Nice or San Remo in about 40 minutes. The bus 600 also stops right on the corner, providing easy access to Monaco and many beautiful beaches along the Riviera.
If you feel like exploring even further, there is also a car rental agency next to the building, where you can rent both cars and scooters.
A small local highlight: one of Menton’s best bakeries and butchers is located just across the street. Right next to the bakery you’ll also find Menton’s only specialty coffee shop, while next to the butcher there is an excellent wine shop. Two grocery stores are within a 3-minute walk, and the famous Menton market is about 10 minutes away.
The apartment
We designed the apartment as if it were our own home, paying special attention to comfort and quality in every detail.
In the bedroom you will find a very comfortable 30 cm high Duvivier mattress (160×200), while the living room features an Italian Dienne sofa. The living room also includes a 126 cm LG Smart TV, where you can watch Netflix, YouTube and many satellite channels.
Both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with separate air conditioning units to keep the apartment comfortable during warm summer days. The apartment is also equipped with fiber-optic internet, providing fast and stable WiFi.
The spacious bathroom features a walk-in Italian shower and a washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The terrace
One of the apartment’s greatest highlights is the 13 m² southwest-facing terrace. From here you can see the sea on the left, the Alps on the right, and directly in front of you the elegant Imperial Palace surrounded by Mediterranean pine trees.
It is the perfect place to start your day with a coffee or relax in the evening while enjoying the Riviera sunset.

At the beginning of 2026, we fulfilled a long-held dream by creating a second home on the sunny French Riviera.Many years ago I lived in Menton while dancing with the Ballets de Monte-Carlo, and that is when I truly fell in love with this region. I already knew back then that one day I would return. Fortunately my partner immediately fell in love with the area as well. As a big fan of Italy and Formula 1, the proximity of Monaco and the Italian Riviera made it even more special for him.
Since we both currently work in Budapest, we entrusted the guest reception and on-site assistance to the Conciergerie Citroniers team. Jacques, the head of the agency, has supported us with valuable advice since the very beginning of this project, and we have built a relationship of great trust. We are confident that our guests will receive the same attentive and professional service from his team.
